These terms govern attribution, commission calculation, holds, payouts and conduct for every approved RECODemand affiliate.
Earn 20% of eligible revenue from customers you refer to RECODemand.
When you generate a qualified new referral, that person is attributed to you for 90 days. We use first-touch attribution, meaning another affiliate cannot overwrite your referral during that period.
You’ll earn 20% on eligible Challenge purchases, upsells, order bumps, RECODemand Studio purchases and high-ticket RECODemand programs purchased during your attribution period.
Commissions are based on revenue actually collected. Payment-plan commissions are earned as each installment is successfully paid — and your commission runs for the life of the client: as long as they remain a paying client, you keep earning on every eligible payment.
RECODemand Studio monthly subscriptions pay 20% for the first 12 successful monthly payments. Annual Studio plans pay 20% on the first annual payment only.
Commissions are held for 45 days and paid monthly, subject to a $100 minimum balance.
Refunds, chargebacks, disputes and payment reversals reduce or reverse the related commission. Previously paid reversals are deducted from future affiliate earnings.
Existing active RECODemand leads and customers generally cannot be re-attributed. Dormant leads may become eligible after 180 days without meaningful activity.
Self-referrals, spam, fraudulent traffic, attribution manipulation, unauthorized commission rebates, misleading advertising and unauthorized bidding on RECODemand branded search terms are prohibited.
Approved RECODemand affiliates earn 20% of eligible net revenue actually collected by RECODemand.
Eligible products can include Challenge ticket purchases, order bumps, Challenge upsells and downsells, RECODemand Studio subscriptions, eligible coaching, service and high-ticket programs, Webinar Mastery Club, and any other product explicitly marked affiliate-eligible by a RECODemand admin.
Commission is based on cash actually collected — not contract value, booked revenue, invoice amount, financing amount, or future scheduled payments. Example: a $24,000 payment plan with $4,000 collected today earns $800 today. Future commission is earned only as each installment clears.
Attribution lasts 90 days from the first qualified referral.
The clock starts when the referral becomes an identifiable lead through affiliate tracking and RECODemand captures a legitimate email and/or phone number and creates the referral record.
A link click on its own does not permanently claim a lead.
The 90-day window only governs claiming new leads. Once a purchase is initiated inside it, your commission continues for the life of that client's payments.
First qualified referral wins.
An active attribution cannot be overwritten by another affiliate's click or referral during its 90-day period. This prevents commission sniping.
If no qualifying purchase was initiated during the 90-day window, the attribution expires. The lead can later receive a new attribution through another legitimate affiliate. There is no lifetime lead ownership.
If an eligible purchase is initiated during an active attribution, your commission lasts for the life of that client: every eligible installment or subscription payment RECODemand collects is commissionable, even when it lands far past day 90.
As long as your referred client remains a paying client, you keep earning 20% — there is no expiry once the purchase is in.
Example: a purchase on day 87 for $12,000 paid as 3 × $4,000 earns $800 per successfully collected installment.
RECODemand Studio's product-specific caps (first 12 successful monthly payments; first annual payment) still apply.
Monthly subscriptions pay 20% of the first 12 successfully collected monthly payments only. No commission is earned after payment #12. Example: $83.99/mo pays roughly $16.80/mo, up to about $201.60 across 12 successful payments.
Annual subscriptions pay 20% of the first annual payment only. Example: $597 pays $119.40. Renewals are not commissionable.
20% of collected revenue: $4,000 → $800, $6,000 → $1,200, $10,000 → $2,000, $12,000 → $2,400, and $24,000 → $4,800 total if fully collected.
If $24,000 is billed as 4 × $6,000, a $1,200 commission is generated after each successfully collected installment — never $4,800 upfront.
A referral is not commissionable if the person is already an active RECODemand prospect or customer. That includes recent funnel entry, event registration, purchase, appointment booking, sales conversation, open opportunity, active sales follow-up sequence, or an active affiliate attribution.
An active existing lead means meaningful RECODemand activity within the previous 90 days.
If a CRM contact has had no meaningful RECODemand activity for 180 or more days, affiliate reactivation is allowed, subject to identity matching and review. An ancient CRM record alone does not permanently disqualify someone.
Between 91 and 179 days, the referral is flagged for admin review rather than auto-awarded.
Existing paying customers cannot be referred retroactively. There is no commission on an existing Studio subscription, an existing coaching agreement, an existing payment plan, already scheduled invoices, or renewals already in progress.
A RECODemand admin may separately mark a new upsell product affiliate-eligible.
Commission is based on net retained revenue. A partial refund proportionally adjusts the commission; a full refund fully reverses it.
Example: $10,000 collected earns $2,000. A $2,500 refund creates a $500 reversal, leaving $1,500.
Disputed, charged-back, reversed, fraudulent or unpaid transactions are not commissionable.
If the commission was already paid, a negative ledger adjustment is created. Future earnings cover the negative balance; RECODemand does not require ad-hoc affiliate invoices by default.
New commissions are Pending for 45 days. Once the underlying payment has remained valid for 45 days the commission becomes Approved and is eligible for the next payout cycle.
Payouts run monthly on the 15th and include Approved commissions whose 45-day hold completed before the payout cutoff.
The minimum payout is $100. Balances under $100 roll forward to the next cycle.
RECODemand admins may extend a hold or review unusually large transactions, suspicious traffic, sudden volume spikes, disputed customers or fraud flags. Reviews are case-specific, never applied automatically to everyone.
Self-referrals are prohibited when the purchaser is the affiliate themselves, a company they own or control, an account they beneficially own, or where the transaction is primarily structured to create a 20% discount.
Family and team referrals can be manually reviewed.
Affiliates may not split commission with the buyer or advertise cashback without written RECODemand approval.
No paid advertising on RECODemand branded search terms without written authorization. This includes “RECODemand”, product names, common misspellings, and executive names used to intercept branded traffic.
No spam email, mass unsolicited SMS, fake income claims, impersonating RECODemand, implying employment, unauthorized guarantees, invented pricing, unauthorized bonuses, misleading screenshots or testimonials, or offer misrepresentation.
Serious violations can lead to commission forfeiture and account suspension.
RECODemand may invalidate referrals involving bots, fake registrations, duplicate accounts, attribution manipulation, cookie stuffing, fabricated contact information, automated form submissions, changing emails to manufacture referrals, or feeding known RECODemand leads back through affiliate funnels.
RECODemand does not rely on cookies alone. Identities are associated across normalized email, normalized phone, Stripe customer ID and Whop customer/account ID.
Browser and cookie tracking is supplemental and cannot override stronger identity records.
Identity merging is supported. If the same person registers with a personal email and then buys with a business email, valid attribution is preserved when RECODemand can reasonably determine identity.
This also prevents a second email being used to circumvent existing-lead restrictions.
Affiliate attribution is independent of internal RECODemand sales-rep attribution. Both are stored separately and neither overrides the other.
Pending — payment received and inside the 45-day hold.
Approved — hold completed and eligible for the next payout.
Paid — included in a payout.
Reversed — refund, chargeback or cancellation reversed the commission.
Adjusted — partial refund or manual adjustment changed the amount.
Commissions are never silently deleted. Every change is written to the audit log.
